Mine was crooked when I took delivery. The dealer's tech adjusted the hangers to get it almost level, but one side sticks out further than the other. I'm thinking that that it may have come from the supplier that way, since the exhaust is one piece. I've see a lot of them this way in various pictures. Wating to hear what you might come up with.

I had an SS like that and was able to adjust it even up at the connection to the cats.

I used ratchet straps. Loosened the band clamps, wrapped a strap around each pipe where it makes a 90 before the crossover. The side that was too short out back ran that strap to something in the back. The side that was too long, ran that up front. Cranked on each one until the joints slipped a bit and it was fairly even, then tightened the slip joints while strap pressure was still on them. Turned out fairly straight.

Thanks for the tip. The tech said there wasn't any place else to make adjustment. I may eventually take it to an exhaust shop to have them see if your fix or another one would work short of cutting and welding.

There is some slip in the cat to catback connection. There is some welded on little tabs on the pipes that sometimes limits the amount that joint can move. But if you need more movement, those can be ground down and jam the pipe in a bit further. At first it may not look adjustable with the locking tabs there, but with some creative work it can be fine tuned. Or cut the little locking tab off and weld it back down in the new position. A good exhaust shop could do that in minutes and it wouldn't even be noticeable.

I picked up a '12 ZL1 #1786. I noticed the same thing. Front of hood lined up great back left/right corner down about 1/8. I checked everything else on the car and it was pretty good. Like many of you "we" should not have to fix it but will and not lose sleep over it. Should have been a factory alignment.

Any pics of where these adjusting screws are located?

My hood was like that. I adjusted the rubber bump stops under the hood, and it fixed it in less than 30 seconds.

Mine was fine until I added the Roto Fab. Now its sucking so much air it is pulling the hood lower by 3/16". Amazing increase in power. At about 120 the uplift resets the hood to spec, so it's not concerning.

My hood is off too in the back as it aligns with the fenders it sits down perhaps 1/8 of an inch. I think I see what may be screws that could be for an adjustment, but mine have no caps on them. I think when the hood is closed, the caps are supposed to contact metal somewhere but no caps for me...
I checked out a few Camaros at the dealer, and some are ded on, some are low like mine, and one was a bit high. I will go back and see if these have the caps on or not.

Mine also seems off, left to right, and the front off a bit.

I adjusted my hood and trunk for a better fit. Took about 10 minutes.
