So almost everytime I take out my SS, (see pic below in sig), I get mobbed by people. They either turn their heads and give me the thumbs up, or they take pictures of it. I had one kid yesterday who was like 18 or 19 screaming, mister mister, is that the Transformers car? I said yes but in blue. He took a bunch of pictures and was causing a scene with his over-excitement, lol. A few other people walked over and started to compliment me on the car.

It is just amazing how much postive feedback and excitement this car gets. With Bumblebee tearing it up in the next Transformers movie it will only get more crazy, I think. I hope this hype lasts till next summer. I think it will.

Do you have any fun stories to share of people mobbing you or taking pics and whatever with your car?

Yeah I think this car is going to have a very lasting hype to it. I still have not seen another Camaro brother or sister on the road. Still looking for them.

What part of NY? Mine is expected in July and I am taking a road trip with mine to visit family. (Hudson Valley is my home town) I can drive by and wave to you!

Hey, buddy. I live in Rockland which is part of Hudson Valley, it's more lower Hudson Valley.

Yes, I have posted a couple of good stories on the forum. Just be aware of your surroundings when driving....people will drive like maniacs to catch up, take pics, and generally ogle!

I told Bonnie, now I know what a 6 foot pretty blonde with big ***** and a low cut shirt feels like. Everyone whistling, pointing and staring.

It's hard to get out of the store and get where I'm going sometimes.

I was born in Newburgh and grew up all over Orange County. Worked for several years in East Fishkill until I moved down here to Maryland for a new job.

Now by Rockland you mean Rockland county right? Like in the New City area? I used to do some IT work in that area so I know where you are.

A lady ran me down inside Best Buy to tell me people were taking pictures and looking in my windows and stuff. Then she said "by the way, Nice car"

Try to beat this.

I'm waiting to make a right on red in Buffalo,NY. A Buffalo cop drives through the intersection (he has the green light) and the whole time his head is turned looking at my car. I make the right on red and am now behind him. We come up to the next light, currently red, and he is now next to me on the driver's side. We begin to have a through the window conversation and neither of us are paying attention to the fact the light has now turned green. About 10 seconds later the car behind the cop beeps. Without missing a beat, the cop flips him the bird and our conversation continued through another red-green cycle...
