Warm Air coming out of vents ?

I have a 2SS.
I noticed since the weather cooled and I stopped using the a/c, if I run the fan with the A/C off warm air (warmer than the outside air) comes thru the vents.
I have the temp setting all the way over to the coolest setting. This happens even at highway speeds. This stinks because I wanted to run the fan with the a/c off without opening the windows, but the air is too warm and it heats the interior up too much. I do not have the recycle mode on .
Do others have this problem ?

my G6 does the same thing, I just turn the temp down below the outside temp and use the fans without the AC button on... usually seems to work

My 02 does the same thing... :( The temp dial is at the coolest setting, and the fan blows warm air regardless. Kinda sux

Mine does the same thing. I vent the sunroof to get some cooler air inside.

Any chance that it may be the vents pushing some engine heat into the cabin?

It's always gonna be a little warm .... The air still flows through the heater core, and the valve never fully closes the flow of water through it .... You would be better off using the A/C and adjusting the temp of it ....

All you have to do to stop it is push the re-circulating button. The air coming in is the vent. Air will flow even if the fan is off. It will be whatever temp air is picked up. Usually warm air from the engine. Like I said if you want it to stop, push the re-circ button. It is the circle with the arrows. Nothing will come from the vents unless you turn on the fan.

I believe every car is like this.

Yes, the cool outside air is being warmed by the heat produced by the motor, unfortunly this seems to be a design flaw.
