Should I change my oil ??

I last changed my oil 1 yr ago today. I only put 2,000 miles on the car since then. The Oil Life Indicator says there is 70 % oil life left.
What should I do ?
Thanks ,
Jim

The manual says to change it once a year at least.

Even though the oil is not depleted, dirt and moisture can take its toll if the car is not driven much. Change it at least once a year.

Bingo! It is essential hat the engine be brought up to operating temprature on a regular basis. The moisture, unburnt fuel, combustion byproducts, and carbon particles all combine to attack he internal engine parts & break down the oil.

Today Syn's are pretty dang forgiving in this area as far as length of time between changes and the oil breaking down, but the harmful compounds combine to for sulferic acid and that alone is damaging enough.

Very important to run the car every few weeks for at least 20-30 minutes to "flash-off" the moisture and allow the PCV system to evac them out of the crankcase.

And I am a believer in changing at LEAST yearly no matter how low the miles driven.
