LOL, that's what it's come down to these days? Interior composition?

I miss the old days when the GM/Ford/Mopar fanboys would throw out things like 1/4 mile performance, hp per cubic inch, overall styling, etc.

I'd hazard to guess there will be as much or more plastic in the new Camaro as there is in the Mustang. Just my two cents.

Pay?? Don't you mean waste? I'd have a Z06, GTR, or heck a Camaro coupe and vert for that price.

Ford is really kicking up the quality of their interior materials in 2010 and again in 2011 according to my sources. So it might feel alot better. I test drove a mustang v6 and was not impressed at all. The interior did feel retro though and I liked that, but it did feel cheap, we'll see how the new one comes out to be.

I also test drove the v8 challenger, and it was... Boring. Exterior styling was great, the back seats were awesome and the car had LOADS of room, but the interior was really boring. Same with the drive. (The first gear is REALLY short in the automatic, WAY shorter than I had expected, did not like that)

sorry, but most people ain't buying these as track cars. i, for one, plan on racing it occasionally, but i'm also gonna drive it regularly and want it to be comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. the mustang interior was not something i really enjoyed being in. but it's about personal preference. just my .02

I test drove a Mustang GT. Interior = worst ever in the materials........horrible. Steering wheel to close to the dash. Clutch/Shifting = lightyears ahead of my fbody. Car was quick but you could tell it didn't have the balls of the LS1. Ride was good........
