My experience over the past 3 years has been great. My sales manager (Bill Duramus) kept a waiting list for 3 years and had always promised to go down the waiting list when placing orders. I was number 3. The two above me didnt order so my car was #1 even though I didnt get my order in first. He promised not to mark up the price and he didnt. I paid MRSP. This was all done with a verbal agreement and no down payment. My car arrived with a damaged mirror and they immediately started working on getting a replacement.
I have nothing but praise for Bill Cramer Chevrolet (formerly Tommy Thomas Chevrolet) in Panama City, Florida!

I went to 5 dealers in Houston, Texas. I ordered my 2010 2LT Black on Black with Inferno orange trim package from Robbins Chevrolet in Humble, Texas. The inventory manager is Lee Gonzalez. He has done a wonderful job keeping me informed. Robbins Chevrolet was the only dealer who did not try to up the price. $500.00 down and the order was placed. I am at 4200 as of today. The train should arrive by 5/10 according to the tracking on this forum. If you are in the Houston area and want a 2010 Camaro go and see Robbins Chevrolet in Humble, Texas.

EXCELLENT!

No bullshit, keeps me in the loop. Promises information with a date and usually there before date promised and or on time. Sends me literature as available, returns calls promptly, never feel like he does not want to shoot the shit or is annoyed.

Matt is top notch and plan on buying from him again in the future.

Did I mention I got employee pricing and driving 2 hours for my car? Says alot about Matt's character!

In my opinion, the best in the Northeast is MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua, NH. Either Tommy, Jr or Ron are specialist with Corvettes and Camaros and will keep you fully aware of the status of your order. They have product knowledge and will respond quickly to phone messages or emails.

I ordered Oct 08 and took delivery of my 2SS/RS/6M on May 22, 2009. The car is awesome!

Hey, I'm from the Louisville, KY area! Springhurst and Brown Bros. were the only ones, that I'm aware of, at least the ones that would return calls/emails, that from the start were taking orders at MSRP. Buddy Peacock, the GM at Springhust, just seems like a good guy. I have my guard up with most people who are wanting my money. Buddy just seems like a people person, at least one of the few who can out talk me! You can't help but like the guy.
Sorry if this sounds like a repeat post on the thread, but other than those two, I can not contribute.
It is just human nature that some dealers are better than others.
It seems as if the bad ones get all of the responses and the good ones get a ho-hum.

Excellent communication, $0 down and selling at MSRP, checking work bench daily and keeping me and the 10 others in his system up to date with any changes.

Treated me well, even when I didn't order at first. Very knowledgeable about the car and excited to see it return. No pressure at all to order and great to work with. Ordered with them even though I could have been way closer to getting my car at a high pressure dealer. Being treated fairly is worth a lot to me. And they saved us almost 8 grand off the car. They are the type of dealer that you think of from the great times in GM's past. Honest, reliable and trust worthy. Someone who you can do business with and not worry about the hidden fees and random markups.

We chose this dealership because of the way we were treated and they gave MSRP in writing on 10/13. Also gave us our Workbench paperwork when we ordered. Told us what allocation they had and what # we were. The people we have spoken with at the dealership either knew the answer or would find out with no complaining about us bothering them. As far as I know have always been truthful and not hidden anything. Also telephoned us with new info about status change. Always seem happy to speak with us. At this point in time we are extremely glad to be working with Rob, Randy, and this dealership. Rob is also a member of Camaro5.

Southgate Chevrolet - Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Sales Manager - John Cashion
Salesman - Chris Gramzow

I have been dealing with John mostly and I have to say that Southgate has absolutely done what they can with the information they have been given.

John was as perplexed as I was that my car did not come in when he said it should and I'm sure almost drove himself crazy trying to get answers on it. The owner of Southgate even made a couple of phone call to get information that John couldn't.

John has kept me up to date, has given me excellent information and sold to me at MSRP!

I also have to say the receptionist is a very upbeat woman and if you're feeling down, all you have to do is hear her answer the phone and all your cares go out the window! Real spirit lifter!

If you guys at Southgate are following along on Camaro5, kudos to you all and thanks for the outstanding service!

Matt was great to work with, told me up front this buisness is about customer satisfaction and return sales. MSRP is the only way to do that! Awsome dealership. Plus they still have a couple allocations. So if your in North Alabama Give Matt a call @ 256-232-5692/1800-239-5692

Was a really great experiance. (just wish QC didnt hold the vehicle for 68 days but no regrets now I am loving it!)
