How I Got My New 2SS Camaro

This my story of how I got my 2SS. I bought a 2009 Malibu hybrid last year and had put about 10,000 miles on it. I went ahead and did the first oil change. In the process I could not get the oil life to reset, so I made an appointment with the dealer to get it reset. At the same time I also talked to a friend of mine who works in parts dept. He had ecitedly told me that they had the new Camaro on the show room floor and I should come check it out. So I said I will be there later. So while they were working on my Malibu I was checking out the new Camaro. And I was hooked. The salesman that sold me my Camaro remembered me and came up and asked what I thought. all I could say was OH YEA!!! then he informed me that the person who had ordered the Camaro had backed out of the deal and the car was available. Sign me up I said. I was just in the right placwe at the right time. So I now have a black 2SS. Its been about a month now and I am truly Enjoying this car. GM has really outdone themselves this time I only wish that they were built in the USA. I have owned many checy muscle cars in the past, but never a brand new factory muscle car. I handed down my 70 Z/28 to my son and we are in the process of restoration. Thank you for letting me share my story.

Awesome you are very lucky!! Especially if they sold it to you for MSRP did they? Most dealers are marking up 3-5k

I placed my order about 2 weeks ago at a dealership and they actually charged me MSRP. Went to my local dealer last night and they had just unloaded the car i wanted and i asked them the price......9K over MSRP. They can go F themselves
