Automatic lighting issue - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Was thinking of modding my lights, but need to fix a problem first.

During the day in bright sunlight - with car on - my automatic headlights come on and stay on. The sensor on the dash appears to be ok - I tested it by shining flashlight into sensor; the interior lights will dim when there is reduced light to the sensor, and get brighter when the sensor is receiving more light. I can manually turn on and off the exterior light with the dash switch. Any ideas? Possible issue with BCM? If so, where is it located.

Btw - Car is 2010 SS/RS.
