Went to a lot of trouble cloning a 2010 SS into a ZL1. Would be wild if the guy got $50K trade in. Wonder what it sold for???

Actually the only issue is the DEALER listing it as a ZL1. What the PO did with it is irrelevant since he clearly listed it as a clone.

Not to sway from the topic too far, but this happens a lot more than we think.

Example, My sister bought a new 13' SS last year and the dealer told her it was a 580hp car. It took me some convincing to set her & her husband straight that they had a SS not a ZL1. She was pretty upset. She won't tell me but I sure hope she didn't pay ZL1 price for it!
