Mods to beat a chally 392
My friend thinks I will be able to beat him once my 2014 l99 is done with mod ( jre tune headers and CAI) however after I drove the 392 which is still stock I still don't think I have a chance especially from a 40 roll

Cam, heads, port manifold, throttle body, exhaust, tune- unfortunately L99(auto) make a lot less power, plus this new 392 ain't no slouch, especially if that fat ass is already rolling

Yeah, as an SRT Challenger owner, I can tell you this will be difficult but not impossible. My SRT is much quicker than my 2SS L99 by quite a margin....

I need a brain scrub after hearing "Chally..." and, indeed as RollaMo stated, it is in the same category as "Maro." When I become king of the world, among the laws I create will be the abolishment, under penalty of having one's car crushed, for using those contractions.
The other day, a 392 rolled past me. Not gonna say where or when (maybe it WAS a track), but as I was pressing down on the long pedal and watching my triple digits climb rapidly, dude roared past as though I were parked and eating sandwiches on a gingham blanket. The humiliation was compensated for by the exhibition of raw muscle... good show. |
