AAC- positive experience

Just wanted to say I was very pleased with AAC recently. I have made a few purchases from them for my camaro and my most recent purchase was a set of dual 15" scanners in "Amber". Well when I recieved the intial set of lights and tried them out I found they were not the same gorgeous orange color as the other Amber colored LEDs I have purchased from them. They were instead Yellow. I contacted Jonathon on here to ask if these particular lights were suppose to be this yellow color or the orange. He was very quick to respond and gave me the answers I needed. He really is very helpful and wouldn't hesitate to contact again if I ever need it. I then gave there customer service a call and the woman on the phone was very helpful at getting the issue resolved and talking me through what I needed to do on my end. I was offered a refund or exchange and they waived the restocking fee. I ended up exchanging the product for another color. I mailed my set back friday and by monday they had called to let me know they had recieved it and that a new set in red would be shipped that day and be here by friday. Well its Thursday and the lights are already here- a day early! I was very happy with the level of service I recieved from them and on how fast they got my new lights here.

My only suggestion to AAC would be maybe to change the color on these scanners to state yellow or perhaps add a picture of each color illuminated. Other than that I have been very happy with the quality and color of the lights I have recieved and will definately order from them again.

There are a couple shades of the Amber I've noticed too.

Yes, you can custom order Yellow.

Glad you had the time and desire to post a positive review of the AAC Team. Seems they take a bunch of heat sometimes and it's refreshing to get the good experiences with them out in the open as well.

Thanks
Ivan

Ya they were pretty yellow especially when I lit them up next to my orange footwells. I noticed on there website they have some video of the RGB scanners and if you watch that video as it goes through all the colors it will turn the same exact yellow color the dual 15" Amber ones I had were.
