We will be getting together for our first planning meeting at the Clarksville Hooter's (750 N. Riverside Drive, Clarksville, TN 37040, 931-920-8400) on January 15th from 11:00 AM until? If you are planning to attend and if you might drive your Camaro (none of us may if there is snow) please send me a PM. They will reserve special parking for us & will need to know how many spaces we need. Everyone should bring any ideas you have for places to have meets, cool cruises to do & any other club related ideas you have. Hope to see you there!

Happy New Year guys & gals. Okay, hoildays are over. Check-in to the club site & come & join us at Hooter's to begin planing for this year. We already have confirmed about 19 members & 14 Camaros. Pretty good for a winter meeting, but I have not heard from a lot of you. We already have had a number of good suggestions for meets submitted. We are working on coordinating some meets with other clubs also. We will be voting on an official logo, working on getting us a banner to display at meets, & getting a good start on planning meets for the year, not to mention checking out each other's cars, talking about mods & having some fun together. Looking foward to seeing all of you there.

I'm not going to make it that weekend - I'm going to LA where the weather is soooooo much better

I am trying to get a friend to take the Camaro out there. We shall see.

Just an update on confirmations. We now have confirmed about 20 members & 15 Camaros. Pretty good for a winter meeting, but I have not heard from a lot of you. We already have had a number of good suggestions for meets submitted. We are working on coordinating some meets with other clubs also. We will be voting on an official logo, working on getting us a banner to display at meets, & getting a good start on planning meets for the year, not to mention checking out each other's cars, talking about mods & having some fun together. Looking foward to seeing all of you there.

I vote put this one over the picture of the city. Like merge them. I wish I knew how, I would imopse them to show you.. Anyone else know how to do that??

I did not know of a club in my area until 5 minutes ago when I was at hooters to pick up food and saw 4 camaros there. Jumped online to check C5 and here yall are! Wish I drove my car, but I was in my truck. Guess I need to check the forum more often. Too bad I'll be on Iraq fir the next 8 months. Maybe I can catch a meeting after that.

There was about 15 folks and 8-9 Camaros. It was a great day, beautiful weather and a really good oppertunity to talk. My wife and I really enjoyed meeting some nice people (thanks Bob, we especially enjoyed the company of you and your lovely wife). We are looking forward to the next event. I am working on a design to submit, but may not have it finished in time. I dont want to hold the process up. I am putting together a picture of two guitars, crossed behind a bowtie in the shape of the state of TN. The font in the picture is 1950's era typewritter font. Kind of an old school (retro) feel that lists one of the old cars with a 375 horse big block and ours with the 426 HP LS3. Thats the concept anyway... If someone wants to jam something like that out I would appreciate it. Otherwise, it will take me a few days. I want to make a shirt like this anyway, so even if none of us want to use it with our club, I am going to make shirts/hats anyway. I know a lot of folks around the state that are interested in a product like this. Thanks for any feedback.
