Muffler delete leased car?

What's up guys!
I leased a camaro ss last august and really wanna make it louder, I feel like it should and could be louder.. Especially with the type of car it is.
I was looking into doing a muffler delete. I have a few questions
where can I get it done? I know some places don't do illegal mods so they won't do stuff like that because they can get in trouble
Also, once I return the car how can I get the muffler back to stock? Just weld it back on?
And can someone explain the process and what I should tell the guy who's doing it to do?
I'm On a 200$ budget; if there's another option I'm down to do it. Thanks
Also I'm in NJ, am I gonna be getting a lot of tickets for it?

Ya, its all slip fit design. You can do it in your own drive way with no problem. No welding necessary.

Usually the muffler delete comes with new tips. Its just a pipe and tip with no muffler in the middle. It will be your cheapest option. The only reason they are as expensive as they are is because of the tips.

Ya, but if he doesnt plan to buy the car outright at the end of the lease, Id leave all the stock parts alone and store them until needed. Or have a shop build you a muffler delete and just put new tips on. All depends on what you wanna deal with when you turn the car in. Im sure they would notice tips that have been cut and welded back on twice.

If it were me, I would buy new tips. That way all you have to do it remove and reinstall your original catback when you take the car back. I think having the tips cut off the original exhaust, welded on to your muffler delete kit, and cut off and welded back onto the original exhaust would look stupid, and create more hassle for nothing. Thats just me though.

Sure, but youre still making more work for yourself. If you just pull the stock exhaust off now and store it the way it is, you can install it yourself in 15mins in your own driveway when you need to return the car. If you cut off the stock tips, use them on your muffler delete, you are going to have to have to go back to the muffler shop and have the tips welded back on. I dont see whats so bad about just getting new ones?

I have a set of factory mufflers and tips. I could cut the tips off and sell them to you if you would like, I don't need them anymore, I won't be going back to stock. Just PM if interested.
