Best Exhaust for a SS
So I still have a few more months to go until i get my new Camaro but i'm constantly thinking about what is the best sounding Exhaust system that I can get. From the different sounds I have heard and research I have done i am leaning very much to the Borla ATAK. Any bright ideas? oh BTW I was wondering is a true dual really necessary?

Have a listen
Magnaflow X-pipe, muffler/resonator delete. You might be surprised at how much it didn't cost

Stainless Works Dual Chambered Retro Cat Back if you like LOUD. If you want a mild idle with a nice rumble when you get on it check out the Kooks Street Sleeper.

To me: Long tubes, high flow cats, stock exhaust. No drone, good flow, nice sound that will not get tired of.
Spending money on a Camaro catback is for sound only. Might as well get some horsepower for your money.

If you really want it to sound like the true V8 it really is, you need:
cam + lt headers (1 7/8) + exhaust mod This not only gives you a slightly louder sound but a nice deep throaty one. |

There you go man. Just about every combination you can think of. Listen away until your ears bleed. Everyone likes things different but I like mine loud so I chose the Borla ATAK with longtube headers. To be honest I really haven't heard an exhaust I absolutely didn't like on these cars. |

You should check out local clubs. Hearing in person is 1000x better than online. And you'll make some new pals in the process.
