Question DRL/Fog Light Issue

the problem I am facing is that when the car is running one fog light is brighter than the other one and when I press the unlock button from the remote both of them become brighter as they should be normally, but as soon as when I press the lock button it goes back to one being bright only, even when changing gear to Drive or even while driving only one stay brighter than the other one.

I have a video of what is happening, but I don't know how to upload it on here, but the LInk is below!!!

I did switch the light bulbs and the problem persisted on the same side as previously stated

Any ideas of what's happening ? or any advices on what I should do next?

(keeping in mind I do have the plug and play harness that allow the DRL to stay on at all time as well as a pair of PSX26w 6 watt 4300k Fog light all from 2SSRS@Gen5diy)

I'm on my second set of 55-watters and having the same thing happen again. First set the passenger side would flicker then go out, now the driver side is flickering and going out. When I pulled the bulbs it was the glue holding the bulb casing to the connector mount that was basically non-sticky and falling apart.
