You can do it. Believe me I was very nervous. I was in my shop by myself and got it done. Get some moral support and you will be fine. But really it cuts very easy.

As far as every one moving it back 1-2 inches or so may be better it will keep you from having to cut into the front brace where it starts to curve down...

For the toilet bowl bolts, are the heads round or squared??? Lowes only had bolts that were round for a flat head screwdriver.

I think those are the seat bolts, the mounting bolts have a rectangular or square head so they won't turn when inserted in the slot.

RIGHT! The Toilet bolts have rectangular heads, rounded ends, made if brass.

Got it! I'll pick some up this weekend and if there is a part number on them or something I'll post that up as well so those that go to get them can go right up to the counter at the hard ware store and get them. I had trouble finding them at lowe's and nobody really seemed interested in helping me

Great turnout!! I'm waiting to do it. The weather has been cold and wet. Waiting on a warm day. Before I start driving it again.

Will the scoop and the water tray fit over a Vararam intake for the SS? Thanks.

I'm curious if it would fit with the Vararam for the V6...I wouldn't want the tray dumping water on the filter

FYI guys, here is another option for you. we replicated the insert in carbon for about a fifth of the Z/28 cost.

We have a special promo that end Jan 31st. Here the link if interested.

I wanna get mine wrapped as well but I'm gunna secure it with the windshield silicone stuff so it stays on the hood. However I'm concerned if I wrap it (3M di-noc carbon fiber wrap) I don't want it to fade and have a faded hood vent stck on my hood!
