Does anyone know for sure... I'm still at 1100 and want to make a change, but the dealer says I can't make a change.

Seems like you should be able to make changes until 3000?

He's either misinformed or lazy, I made 2 changes before mine went to 2000.

When GM pulls allocation orders, usually beginning Monday afternoon until Tuesday morning of each week, the system is locked. Dealers can't make changes to any orders no matter what your event code is. You can make changes to your order up until event code 2000. Actually you can make changes after that, but it involves GM at that point. Just ask your dealer to make your change Tuesday afternoon thru Monday AM. If he won't, then he's clueless.

You can make changes at this point. We changed the interior color at 1100. Talk to the "order guy" at your dealership or sales manager. Salesman (except Scotty) are generally clueless!

Gotta stick up for Eric Hall at Classic Chevrolet in TX. He changed some items on my order this week, no problem.

Sure you can....

Mine was 1100 from 07/10 to 08/09, and I made change to interior color and added C&C package on 07/21...

Has anyone changed from V8 to V6, or vice-versa at 1100? Maybe he meant I couldn't make that change.

I'm re-thinking the insurance-gas price-MPG-maintenance-initial cost differences.

Absolutely you can!! I changed mine on my allocation day when I hit 2000 and it was Preferenced the very next morning.
