I suggest not getting a chip, if you plan on upgrading your engine with bolt on or super charge, your better of getting a tune,
Ram air its better than K&n if you're gonna waste money get an adm, ram air, etc. you would be paying the same amount of money but more HP, people have many suggestions but a colds air intake enclosed keeps your filter cool, for a longer period of time than open ones

I highly suggest an intake from Cold Air Inductions
http://www.coldairinductions.com/ and headers from Texas Speed and Performance not highly expensive like others, but still good

for tuning, myself and others on these boards have gone with these guys
http://www.jreperformanceparts.com/index.php even with the mail tune. As far as anything local, I didn't find any place during my search that did tunes that had good reviews (2 years ago) I know for installing, there is a place in LC that installed my exhaust. Nice guy, loves camaros too.

Varam is a good one cause all the air from the front grill goes directly to intake, I have an adm intake enclosed, the reason I got adm is to get the air scoop, don't like to much the look of the varam in front like it better on the side but everyone is different Headers dint go with pypes, they ate cheap and good, but Texas speed has some headers cheap great horse power, better than pypes In tune don't recommend a shop here in el paso, Jannety racing can mail you one like gigs was saying, but if it was me I would drive to Texas speed install headers and get the tune from them

Punisher, hope you return safe. Probably won't be able to meet you when you return, cause I schedule to mobilize in Oct. I bought the Volant cold air intake and the pypes bomb muffler. Mine is an automatic. And I replaced the resonator with an x pipe. When you return you will meet everybody and see what they have done to their cars. Start shopping around, look at prices and design that way you will save some money.

Jose1003, I look up texas speed online. So i saw a nice exhaust cat back system for car under 500. Not really sure if I want to do headers... Thinking the Ram air intake and catback exhaust with a tune will do good and give me a little more of a kick.
