Hey everyone, Have some pics of my 09 GT500 next to a Camaro SS pace car. Both incredible vehicles and some good ole American Muscle

This thread is not meant to do a Camaro SS vs GT500 discussion but, instead admiring both beasts as I am posting this for

of American Muscle.

(all pictures taken on cell phone my Camera sustained water damage at the beach last weekend)

I am not a huge Mustang fan (obviously since I have an SS) but slap a snake and Shelby badges on that thing and I get much more interested. Love your color combo as well. Much props my friend.

The pace car was fun to ride in also, everyone would stop on main roads to look at it. Putting the pace lights on people pulled over and thought it was a cop car. TY for the comments on my car its Black w/ Alloy stripes ( only made black on black on the 09KR =( ) I grew up a Chevy fan my dads first car was a 68 camaro, later we had a 67,68,69 all at once, a 01 z06, 96/2003 tahoes, 1965 corvette 428ci engine, So I have made respect for the new camaros and I am not a hater. The reason I have a GT500 is I test drove all three camaro, mustang, and challenger and I liked the mustang the best.

Camaros are Still Amazing vehicles and possibly a Z28 or a c6 z06 in my near future!

Both are very sharp cars...I like the "inverse Eleanor" paint scheme on the Shelby.
