Vararam/custom made brackets

Well finally got the unit in and made up brackets. Got the idea from one of the members here "Jayhawk500"

Sprayed with a plastic dip coating. What I was able to do is have the bracket "pull in" the Vararam and down at the same time.

I would like the thank Steve and Pat from Vararam for there help.
This is no tune model.

The vararam holds it in place. That is what Steve and Pat explained to me. My radiator does not move at all.

They look very nice! I'm just still leery of completely removing the top radiator mounts personally. However, that's a much cleaner looking solution to the long bolts and flipped radiator mount that is recommended. Did yo make these yourself?

Two 3/4 inch M6 x 1.0 bolts with aluminum sleeves is all that is needed. I've ran my car for 30k+ miles like that. No radiator issues plus it allows the VR a tiny bit of give and yet the radiator stays in place just fine.

I bought the set from Jayhawk and only put them on once. They weren't for me although a nice idea. If I didn't throw them away you can have them for cost of shipping.

The idea was great but I just didn't like them as much as I thought. He has made some other one off cool stuff too. I'll check tonight to make sure I didn't throw them away and then I'll shoot you a PM.
