My Insurance Premium INCREASED because of you guys.....

Attached to my increase in insurance premiums was these quotes....

"The claim experience on your make and model has resulted in an increase to your vehicle rating group for comprehensive coverage"

"The claim experience on your make and model has resulted in an increase to your liability rating group for bodily injury and property damage coverages"

So my premiums went UP to $368 for 6 months of coverage. That OVER $2 USD a fricking DAY.

Can y'all keep it below 100 MPH?

Thanks in advance.

Comprehensive has nothing to do with car accidents... It has to do with damage done by weather (wind or hail) and vandalism.

I checked car insurance rates for an SS in 2010 and the rates had doubled by 2011 when I actually bought my car. My insurance agent stated that Camaros tend to get vandalized a lot.

So, if you ask me, it appears that we have a jealous society.

EDIT: BTW - $368/6 months is cheap. I pay almost $600 every 6 months

no what we have are greedy insurance underwriters thats all... They are smart charge a premium...

Btw insurance should be reclassified to "in case sh*t happens and when Sh*t doesnt happen i should get my money back." - I hope someone gets the reference here... if not oh well

Exactly my point here! If you drive less than 100 mph in a hail storm, there will be less hail damage than driving.....say.... 141 mph in a hail storm and the same holds true for paint peeling off your car at those speeds. The lower the MPH, the less paint that peels off, thus lowering you comprehensive premiums.

I'm just saying.
