trifecta tune question

i have bbk lt's and slp mufflers on my LS. no future mods planned. i get the "too rich" CEL. i want to correct the AFR, get rid of CEL, eliminate the deacceleration fuel shutoff, and eliminate my 118MPH limiter. can trifecta do this all and what do i need to do? do i ever have to dyno? how do you datalog? thank you in advance for the help.
