ls7 is a monster for NA cam/heads whp with some serious RPM for fun curvy driving. If you want a boosted application, I would stick ls3 probably. Trust me...its on my mind too. I figure once we know if and how much the ls7 car will be, that will make my mind. My camaro is pd for, if I have to throw 15k on top of it...well, I could do a lot to an ls3 car with 15k. Like do a LSA swap for less money.

what if you currently own an LSA motor with a blower ie zl1 and you want to go twinturbo. what other parts would you need, to have things running smoothly on a daily driver after removing the blower and blower assy?

You will need to buy an intake manifold. The turbo kit should come with injectors.

800rwhp starts to be up there that you will benefit from bigger intercooler.
I'm running it. Way lower IAT's than their "stock" intercooler, which is not bad either.

Since you are going FI no need to get a FAST just an ordinary SS(LS3) intake will do and it will save you a lot of cash.

You can start by looking in the classifieds here on C5 as a lot of people have gone with blowers and removed their intakes. Next, try craigslist or ebay.

Few older examples.

Ebay has new ones for $229. Keep your eye out, they are available frequently.

If you upgrade to the 6" FMIC core your Air-intake temps won't be an issue at all. Without the intercooler upgrade you will need to keep an eye on them and either "Cap" the boost when they start to get too hot for your liking or add a meth kit to the mix.

looking at your kit and hellion's TT kit as well. Looking for the differences between both. Pros, cons, and equalities.

My opinion would be a bit biased of course but I will have to hop on Hellion's site and see what might have changed since I compared them last. With our "Entry level" kit in the mix we should pretty much have both "Ends" of the TT Kit option covered in terms of best price Vs best performance.

People can voice opinions on turbos all day long but for my money I would take a genuine Garrett over anything else on the market. Whether we install them on a daily-driven Camaro or Mark's 2800HP Z06, they are stupid reliable and just work.

What size mm are these turbos. I'm kinda getting into turbos learning more about them. I've well researched superchargers, however I'm impressed with the usability and easy of turbos as well. I've read the Garrett site for the how to and it is very informational. I couldn't really pin point a size. I only understand the compressor and turbine A/R. I noticed TiAL 1.03 housings and that's about all I can tell lol...

Thanks in advance!

Looking at doing a 402 ly6 4th gen and your turbo kit.
