Agree on V-6 vs V-8. I have seen a couple Turbo v-6's put the smackdown on the V-8 SS at the dragstrip. Both are impressive cars, but less people are doing interesting things with the V-6. This 3.6 has a bit more technology than the ol V-8. So Lets not knock anyone for making the choice to do something different. Its what make us all car people. The fact that this sport/hobby brings us all together is whats important. Good job man! The car looks amazing..

congrats on COTW. awesome job on all the innovation for the ducts and intake. I really like the way it came out. Seems like a decently cheap mod as well compared to some other stuff out there. Good luck with your races!!! Hope it all works out for you.

OK, splitter is back on (no dams yet) and the EBC Bluestuff NDX pads are in... caliper temp strips added as well. I'm done for today!

It's hard to simulate ram air effect on the dyno. It'll probably be about the same as doing a dyno pull with the hood open vs closed.... about 4-5 HP.

Very cool. Im interested to see how all that extra downforce ala the front air dam and spoiler create.

Along with the coilovers, do you have any other suspension components such as rear end links, trailing arms, etc? Also, think you'll throw the vert strut bar up front?

This is a cool build - I would like to see it in person one day. Congrats on COTW

I think he's talking about the custom mid-mount kit on 3G's car. I know Sc did the custom piping (well most of it). You should check out his build thread.
