Does anyone know what the line that goes here is called

Does anyone know what the line that goes here is called?i removed it and is lost now.the removage was because of a leaking problem.

I know my LS3 had that capped off. No tube on it at all.

Right, because the LS3's dirty side is connected to the valley cover.
