Any difference now between my LS and a LT? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I bought a new 1LS in 2012 because it was what I could afford and I could pick and choose what I wanted to put in and on it.

Mods so far: Leather steering wheel, PDIM, midnight silver 20" wheels, leather seats, fog lights (to come shortly), OEM backup camera and rear view mirror. Chevrolet door jamb decals, and the 4 gauge pack near the shifter.

Is there anything else that is distinguishing my car from a 1LT? Other than the VIN # that is.

Power seat? If you did the leather steering wheel did you upgrade the shifter to match?

I upgraded the shifter to a epic shift knob I liked better that says camaro. Yah. The power seat deal is one I didn't think of. I'm not messing with that! Lol

To a 1LT? Looks like you have most of the upgrades. To the 2LT you'd need ambient lighting and painted interior side panels and trim. Also leather armrests. The 1LS is governed to 118MPH I believe, so is the 1LT, unless the optional 19"+ rims were added at the factory, then the limiter is bumped up to 155MPH.

Gear ratio might be different also.

Heated seats, mirrors and HUD are 2LT. Sounds more like the OP wants to know if he's = 1LT else he'd need leather. If he wants the RS then that would be the hid's and matching roof rails since he has the wheels.

Looks like you've hit most of the differences, other than power seats, and the '13 1LT comes with a Mylink touchscreen. You've actually gone above and beyond standard 1LT features with the 20" wheels and 4 pack gages.

If you add a spoiler and the HIDs. You'd have a bit above a 1LT RS.

Yeah, the 2012 came standard with the spoiler. I forgot that I did upgrade to the leather arm rest too. Awesome! Thanks all.
