Robert what are your mods? If bolt ons then 486 is stout for an l99. One more thing I don't get is how I trap higher than you in a A6 (cam bolt ons, no stall) with 430 whp

mods: edelbrock sc'r, 3.5" pulley, AEM CAI, LTH, cat delete, resonator delete, straight pipe to dual series 10 flowmasters, crappy tune, 18" zl1 reps w/ 325 M&H Drag Radials. My issues i was having though was the transmission kept shifting up & down, you can hear it in one of the videos too... it shifts from 1st - 2nd - 3rd,4th,3rd - 4th,5th,4th. This was driving me ape sh*t nuts, not quite sure why it was happening, but my fix, which sometimes (most times) i would hold down the downshift paddle or press it over and over and over until i was ready to shift up, then i'd release and it'd shift and i'd go back to continuous pressing. so yeah, i mean, i'm not the greatest driver, someone with more skill could be in the 11's more often than not, but for some reason, i just can't break them (11 runs on these tires though may not be enough to determine that? i dunno). Still new to the game of drag strip racing.

That might be your tuner being poor at the tranny tune... I had that issue when my pcm was tuned and tranny (wasn't tuned)

well if you figure an M6 with same mods as me would be around what 470-480? minus the drivetrain loss for an auto , 430 sounds pretty close? im sure if i leaned it out a little i could get to 440ish? (not worth it though) Kicker is i trap 117 mph on pirellis and leaving from near idle.

Note my cam is a blower cam being used in a NA setup currently which im sure isnt optimal. a big NA cam could crank out way more in my setup but i plan to boost shortly so im using this cam for now.

if so, no, sc'd on an A6 is hard to crack 500rwhp without a cam or meth i've been told by several tuners, with the stock pulley i was only at 430rwhp, upgraded the pulley to get to that 486rwhp. the tune is definately shoty though.

by the way... these times were on 24psi, full tank of gas, 2 empty car seats in the back, a sub woofer in the trunk with a stroller. lol
I did forget to mention that, thats probably in the relm of 200lbs of extra weight (however i weight just under 115lbs... so it kinda cancels itself out)
