Off Topic: It's funny to see that everyones yard is rock/mulch in your pictures. I wonder if that is harder to keep up than grass?

Coming from Houston i know what you mean by mowing constantly. Most yards in AZ are rock because grass is just so darn expensive to water constantly. If you put weed killing ground clear down, it's not so bad...
