In the owners manual it will show you exactly how to turn the nannys off. I believe the button is on the center console just in front of the shifter. Holding it down for a certain amount of time turns off active handling and traction control giving you full control of the vehicle.

You know more than most owners. Comp mode takes a double tap on traction control button. Comp mode is a loosing of the traction control and stalibiltract so the car can be driven more aggressive and still provide some correction if needed.

tramtwo posted this on the go

1:1 on the trains still goes threw the rear end to the rear wheels. My guess is the rwhp numbers we are seeing aren't adjusted for the 3.91 gears vs the 3.50s. The numbers match, if the avg is about 365-370 rwhp with 3.50 gears 400-410 would match at 3.91.

Those are good numbers and will be glad when more post similar results.
I have yet to see a 1LE on the road, going to drool when I do

The gears wont make a difference. People have that idea from when bigger (and heavier) wheels are put on, that it was the diameter that made the change... when it was probably the weight. Dyno your car on a DynaPac Dyno. Watch how much more HP you get by dynoing your car on just the hubs.

I dynoed my GTO with 4.10's and swapped it out to a 3.46, same dyno. The numbers were identicle.

Dyno your car in 3rd gear and watch what happens.

But what I am saying is your run was probably adjusted for the gearing what if the runs with the 1LE wasn't adjusted? It's probable based on the ratios.

It could also be a bunch of small tweaks made to be more competive with the boss but I am played devils advocate here, much as I would the stealth increase on a car I own.

Need to look at SAE (corrected) Dyno Jet numbers. The rest of the numbers (from dynos) will be all over the charts (based on dyno type and conditions on dyno day).

You could easily see (+20 rwhp) uncorrected numbers this time of year.

We've (Camaro5) also got a bunch of 400 rwhp (bone stock LS3 SS) reported from various dynos, but none from SAE corrected Dyno Jets that I know of.

Here's some more data that you won't see on my pic...
my gears were corrected for, dyno put it at 3.94. Runs were done in 4th.
i was on a dyna pac, so my wheels were off.
My environmentals were similar to tram's at the time we dyno'd.
