eeehhh.... how much fluid has leaked out? May not want to drive it... if its just a lil you should be good, but if there is a good sized puddle on the ground I'd call the dealer and see if they can get a flatbed truck out there or something

Could be coolant/antifreeze too which is orange. If its oily, tranny fluid. Check the levels of both, and if its ok take it to the dealer.

One time I thought my transmission was leaking because there was a red oil on under carraige. It actually turned out to be a WAY over oiled K&N filter. If you recently installed one, might check to see if it had to much oil applied and is leaking out the air box.

I'll got out on a limb and assume it is an automatic? Hence the automatic transmission fluid!

red fluid, under the engine closer to the front, my guess would be power steering fluid. If towards the back, especially under the tranny, definitely tranny fluid.

Power steering fluid is silver-ish. Red is indicative of transmission fluid. Green/orange is cooling. Blue is washer. Brake/power steering are usually silverish or brown like oil. And of course oil is closer to brown/black.

haven't looked to see what color is the camaro's power steering fluid but in cars I have had, it was red so I just assumed.

The tranny and steering fluid are BOTH RED they are the same thing..... DEXRON®-VI Automatic Transmission Fluid (see below)
Page 10-7 in the owners manual Recommended Fluids and Lubricants Usage Fluid/Lubricant Engine Oil (V6 Engine) Engine oil which meets GM Standard GM6094M and displays the American Petroleum Institute Certified for Gasoline Engines starburst symbol. To determine the proper viscosity for the vehicle’s engine, see Engine Oil on page 9-10. Engine Oil (V8 Engines) The engine requires a special engine oil meeting GM Standard GM4718M. Oils meeting this standard can be identified with the American Petroleum Institute (API) Certified for Gasoline Engines starburst symbol. However, not all synthetic API oils with the starburst symbol will meet this GM standard. Look for and use only an oil that meets GM Standard GM4718M. For the proper viscosity, see Engine Oil on page 9-10. Engine Coolant 50/50 mixture of clean, drinkable water and use only DEX-COOL® Coolant. See Engine Coolant on page 9-19.
