What is F&I first off. And Stop saying Um and Ah between the both of you . No good in a presentation . Umm that's all I got . Go back and watch your video and count how many times you both say Um and Ah.
I've heard worse from Supervisor where I work when they make presentations . If we were allowed at work we could turn it into a drinking game .

Finance and Insurance, we have to make a product that we can sell as an after sale like a protection plan or a new product

Actually a recent study suggested that saying um and things of that nature during speech is actually a good thing. Especially for thone who are listening.

I wold tend to agree. It depends what kind of speech or if you are trying to interact with your viewers. I don't think that it is negative that i'm using Ummm's and ahs. Overall it depends on the situation

the only thing you can do is to slow down to deliberate speech which can make you seem slow or rehearse the shit out of it so you seem very rehearsed which isn't natural at all. at least you aren't saying "like" !
