Since he's got a turbo, I imagine he will need whatever special treatment your filler has gotten to stay in if there is excess heat... Just wondering if this treatment is the same if done @ either location...

Peter-5, whoever you are dealing with whether in the US or in AUS, you should be fine as far as shipping/payment are concerned. I've never read of anything bad come out of either party, so either way, you should be fine. If you are worried about Aus shipping times, it's a little off the chart, expect anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on what shipper was used, and how much money is paid unless you spend a fortune to get it there/back faster.

Yes

Yes, I'm using a plastic filler to fill the void behind the throttle body. 80% of the sanding and grinding is just to shape the filler once it's cured.

Sorry if I jacked the thread with the LFX bomb, I just thought I'd throw out there that if the AFR changes quite a bit, a retune should be considered. Especially with any kind of FI syste. JMO
From the way Jay talked, it sounded like they have a shop here in the states. They failures in mine were from a weak bond on the top filler. All stage 4 porting now uses the new method, time consuming but holds.

Who has the high heat problems? Is the intercooler not cooling the incoming air?

My filler came apart twice on my car. It was a combination of the summer heat, supercharger pressure, and crappy roads causing vibrations. The new filler works better.

Also, intercooler doesn't do jack when you are sitting in the staging lanes at the drag strip waiting for idiots that think they need to do a 30 second burnout in the water box on street tires.

I'm an LFX but RacnJsn95 intake porting on my car DID require a retune because of the additional airflow in the 2500 -7000 RPM range. So far it has held up great!!!
