Forget about price, a lot of people have just assumed that this will be available as a separate part but I have not seen a single post from Nickey saying if it will or not?

Good lookin hood...but I'd like it better if it didn't have the "stinger" and if the car had functional ram air.

Why oh why couldn't I have seen this before I got mine? I would have gotten the hockey stripes instead of rally stripes

The Official Nickey Super Camaro Stinger hood is made out of two pieces. It will be functional Ram Air, routed to the current air box location.

These are OEM quality hoods made by an OEM supplier (ACS)!

We expect shipment of the first batch in 4 to 5 weeks. Price is $1,600.00 plus shipping. Do not be fooled by cheap and unlicensed fakes. Our hoods carry a 5 YEAR 50,000 mile Warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship. They will also carry and official Nickey trademark aluminum tag.

It has been tested to not rip off your Camaro at speed as it has metal reinforcement at all the mounting points. (Don't laugh, I have seen this happen!) There is quite a bit of air pressure exerted on the scoop, even at highway speeds.

The Ram Air effect is going to add some substantial HP and TQ!

The hood is primed, ready to block sand, seal and paint. It will require no fitment work and is a true bolt on.

We are also working on other RTM components which will be introduced later this fall.

Sounds good.

Any plans to drill them for hold down pins?
