If you can keep it close to 10 #'s of boost and you have a tuner that knows what they are doing, your car SHOULD live for a very looooong time.

I'm just a tad under 12 #'s of boost and have beat the piss out of my car for 65k miles (30k under boost). Just keep in mind that stuff can break and the more boost you run, the more likely you are to break it.

I'm planning to reach my next goal! 650 rwhp!
Currently my ls3 makes 535 rwhp with these mods:

Magnuson supercharger (stock pulley)
1-7/8 American Racing Headers (long) + off road pipes
CAI intake
ZL1 fuel pump
Borla s-type 2.5" cat-back
McLeod RST clutch

What is the best mods that will let me reach my goal saaaaaaaafely with almost 0 issues?
Should I add a cam or a stroker or what and what's the best brand to buy from?
Should I upgrade the entire fuel system including injectors or do you think that BAP will be enough?
Should I upgrade the cylinder heads?

I know that's a lot of questions but I need your experience

Thanks all!
You have a Great foundation so this will be easy and reliable

JRE rough Idle blower cam package
ZR-1 Map sensor
ID-850 injectors
ADM Fuel pump control module with Option to add MSD voltage booster if going above 650 RWHP
Colder spark plugs
3.4 pulley for 9.5 psi boost
JRE supertensioner
fresh belt same size
JRE custom tuning to bring it all together.

This is a Pretty Standard and very reliable 650 RWHP recipe, there are many of this exact combination running around for years.

This can all be done on the stock long block, heads would further improve this combo to around 680 RWHP.

Ted.

I would go with the OD cog setup w/cam and your current pulley to make the 650. 3.4" with rough idle cam at sea level makes 610 rwhp at 7.5 psi for me. 3.8 w/ OD would be roughly equivalent to the 3.2 pulley if my math is correct.

3.4" non OD rears will yield 9.5-10# ? Given you have bolt ons, cam ? I was expecting around 11-12...

I have the same build in my car with a ZL1 fuel pump. Built and tuned by Jannetty Racing I'm at 640/568 @ 9.5#'s.
BTW you lose 2#'s of boost with headers

Trade blower/headers/etc in on a TT kit and make more than 650 and way more torque would be my suggestion, but I'm biased. For what you can sell the headers/cai/maggie for you could just add a bit and have a very nice TT setup that would make 700+ no issues and when you want more, just turn the dial up.

You are already swamped with ideas so I will just make a comment. For every pound of boost you add, you will see 15-20 hp increase so adding boost is the best bang for the buck. I am running 13 psi on a stock block with meth injection at 9 psi for protection and have had 0 issues!!

Good Luck!!

Should be very easy, for this combo, and DSX on your tune.
