Do you think the belt is loose? this is a picture for the tensioner while the engine is running.

Yeah man that doesn't look right at all.

That's running? How's it sit when it's off. First thing I would do is swap out belts.



Wait looking at that again. That's super tight. I dunno.

The line on the pulley side should be in between the 2 lines on the fixed side.

Yeah how the picture was taken messed me up. I first thought it was super lose. And it is. That would make sense.

ّI have changed the belt. Now I can see 3 psi but the boost is bouncing between 1 and 3. it's not constant at all!

Are you serious. That's 100% the problem. There is no tension on that belt. The adjustable idler pulley on the lower right needs to almost be touching the fixed idler on the left. Tighten the belt and you'll get your boost back.
