CamaroFest Thoughts
Thought I put this together of your thoughts on the fest so far. Since this is my first one I am having a blast. First time taking the vert at the strip and also seeing lots of different camaros. The corvette plant and museum was also interesting. Met some of the members on here also. So overall it is a great day.

Skip if you have the catch can I'll put it in for you. I'll be over at the CamarCross all day tomorrow. Ask for Mike.

Very disappointed in vendor turnout. Having a good time, but will be going home with cash I brought to spend.

Agreed not many vendors as there should be but never the less it's been a great couple days so far.

Vendor turnout was less than previous years. I had heard it was $650 for a vendor to show, not sure if that is expensive and if it affected how many descided to come. I think some of the vendors are missing the mark not doing installs at the 'fest, IMO. Indy had a ton of vendors and lots of installs going on. I've heard rumors that Vegas may be holding the next fest. That's a haul, but I realize the west coast people have been making the trek to the past four, so maybe it's time.
The shit-show that happened in the parking lot was a disgrace. Yes, the Mustangs that rolled through we're trying to provoke us, but how to win would have been not to fall for it. Unfortunately that didn't happen. All it would have taken was someone getting seriously hurt, and it could have ended any future 'fests. I loved seeing the sixth gen in person. It really changed my opinion of the new model. I think Al and the rest of the guys from GM have done a great job on improving a great car, while holding on to the importance of "Camaro"
