I don't care for lots of wraps I see. But, I think yellow would look good. I think we missed the boat by not offering yellow like they did on the 1LE. The black accents compliments yellow nicely IMO.
Also, I like the "shiney primer gray" that has become popular lately from Mclaren and Dodge. And because of where I work, I always thought it would be funny as a tribute to wrap a car in Camo tape. |

Ceramic coat the car before the wrap goes on and after its applied. Keep it in the garage and you will be fine for many more than 3 years. Unless its a daily driver and thats a whole different battle. I expect double the life expectancy if not more. Chances are I will get tired of the wrap and want to change it before the wrap needs replaced.
6 grand for a wrap must be pretty exotic. I could tell you my price but then you would have to come to NC to get it, and let the car sit for 4 days while he does it. Trust me there are people out there trying to make a living not get rich off one wrap. My guy has done show cars to church buses. Im quite happy. And the price was well well well below that!

I did a wrap strip copying GM Sema performance a couple years ago, it was also used on the nascar pacecar.
It looks like a 1LE front turns into two stripes and wraps the rear spoiler. So from the back it looks stock. I used a 3M machined stainless steel material. The car took about 2 hours and the spoiler 3 hours. We wrapped it so the grain stays in the same direction. |

It cost me a $1,000 including material. It was used in advertising a wrap convention. In sunlight it looks stainless steel, in shadows its looks deep black.
The vent is GM redhot "right me ticket red" what the label said on the color box. I use a 3M wrap cleaner, because if used a wax or wax cleaner it will fill in the texture and remove the look. I like how it has the 1LE look, plus the stripe look, but then also the stock look rear. Yes I debadge it, I debadge all my cars. |
