Why don't women buy high performance vehicles?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Money is not a issue for most women because I see them driving expensive luxury cars but not sports cars. I know I'm talking to mostly guys on here lol. Most that I have spoken to just said "it's a guy thing".

According to my wife the Camaro is hers since she was the one to get the next new car. She even said it had to be a manual transmission too. But, who am I to argue.

Sports cars in general are small and the common complaints you here are "where can I put my pocketbook?", "why do I sit so low to the ground?", "why can't I see out the back window?", "why does the speedo read 180mph?", "is this car safe, it's so small". These are all reasons why I believe women don't generally buy sports cars. The questions women should be asking are "what does it do in the quarter mile?", "how many g's does it pull on the skidpad?", "how much horsepower does it have?".

lady driver here....
2014 2SS/RS 6spd manual Anyhow..... This post didn't offend me. Made me giggle actually. I guess it's such a common phrase it just doesn't surprise or shock me anymore!!!! It just makes me a little more eager to upgrade my exhaust!!! So my car sounds as good/mean as it looks.

Another girl with a 2SS/RS manual transmission beast. And she's got an air intake and catback exhaust to make her louder. Got Pfadt lowering springs that will be installed soon to make her sit prettier. And eventually will have American Racing headers/tune. I'm used to the "wow didn't expect you to have a car like that" comments lol. Everyone who knows me though knows that I'm in love with my car Shes more than just a car! And maybe it's not very girly of me, but bring on the sound and the power..I'm not scared.
