Officially in the Wild '15 #631 in Broken Arrow OK

I'm now a full member of the Z/28 section with the delivery of my '15 Z/28 on Saturday; transported by Galena Logistics from Iowa for about 1.00/mile. They did a great job; moving the car in a 3 car racing trailer.

The wife and I tooled around and got a few stares, basically from guys who though they were looking at a V6 camaro only to realize the car said Z/28 on the side. One Billy Bob took his hat off , the toothpick from this mouth and started doing looks up and down the car - too funny.

When I filled it up; I drew a small crowd of onlookers too.

Has anyone put "427" emblems on their hood?? Just curious, as my Z06 came that way -> and I've gotten dozen of replies from the curious on them as well. Just curious, as this car is staying bone stock as long as there is a warranty (84 months 70000 miles) - so in case there is an issue with my LS7 Chevy can pick up the tab to fix it. The valve guide concentricity issue is supposed to be fixed now according to Hib Halverson's article.

Congrats and yes, I added the 427 emblems on my hood, 6" from the back edge.
Same spot my ZL1 had them located.
I went with red to match the Z28 emblem
I would attach a photo if I knew how to from my iPad, lol

I put the emblems on my hood as well. I went with black, more of a subtle look.

Welcome! I didn't put 427 emblems on the hood, but i do have a license plate bracket with "427" on it. Most people are only going to see the rear end - right? Talking like Billy Badass. :-). May have to consider emblems on the hood... that would be cool.

I put the 427 emblems on mine, along with the hood spears. Do yourself a favor. Don't buy the cheapo $20 emblems on ebay. They're complete garbage. Spend the money and get the good ones.

I got my emblems on Amazon, and they aren't perfect like the factory GM emblems.
Where do you buy the high quality ones, I can try and remove and reinstall better ones
