Who else loves modding as much as i do?
I swear i can't get enough of modding my ride out. have had the car just under 8 weeks now and i just love adding new gear. Was going to order my exhaust today but, wife wanted a new Temper-Pedic mattress and a Dyson vacuum so there went my 3k :( Na it's all good she gets what she wants.
So in the past 8 weeks i have added..... CAI Inc in black Drevolution Vmax CNC TB RXProducts VR painted catchcan with AN fittings & braided lines (coming) Roto-Fab painted aluminum engine covers Roto-Fab painted aluminum fuse relay cover Roto-Fab powdercoated Radiator Cover Hennessey Billet black strut tower covers Showstopper polished ABS,Brake fluid,Battery post & wire harness covers. Retro USA 69' style gill inserts EmblemPros custom one-off Underhood bowtie with custom decklid and driver side nose emblems. (on the way this week) Blackout bowties. Black rear & black/red front TheCarbonFiberSpecialist custom painted one-off Door inserts and dash trim (ordered tonight) CDI Custom one-off show stand. The list is getting long after 8 weeks with more to come. I think next will either be catback exhaust or custom painted stripes to replace the factory ones. Man i love modding this bad boy out. |

I love modding my car.
The wife, not so much. As long as you are only doing the mod once, you're ok. Now when you get to the point where you're replacing stuff for the 2nd or 3rd time, that you might have a problem.

I'm not totally useless..

They tell me the first step to recovery is to admit you have a problem. Well, I have done that over and over for about 30 years now! And a few of the other steps too.
Fuggedaboutit. There is no cure. Just the quick fix or two (hundred!)...

Modding
I love it but I stopped my addiction.:( If I make it thru today I spent the whole month of February of not buying anything for my car I'm giving up on modding the next few months. I have lots of trips planned two Brewer Games in April and Phoenix in April as well. In June I'm going up to Oshawa and in July I took a week off but have no clue where I'm going yet But its either spend my extra money on car parts or for trips. This time around I'm saving up for trips
