I know, I saw that too. They cut the center section out!

It looks like they did some stud or bolt on the inbord edge of the covers. Both pieces connect in the back, drivers side has the one outboard post and the pass. side has the oil cap and dip stick. It just seems like the inboard edge of both sides neds some support.

That's the way I will try first. Might try to get a stock cover to play with before cutting mine up.

Who did your maggie, how much, how long ago, and are you still happy? Did the tune work/stay or have they made adjustments? Still learning.....saw your car at the meet earlier this month.
