Just as kyle stated it is an overlay. Solid carbon fiber weight reducing items are VERY expensive. Also our cars already weigh a ton and unless it a drag car (which should be gutted) you will never notice it.

It is not a decal. It is real carbon fiber laminated to the original parts.

I gotta be honest. I HATE carbon fiber. You won't find a stitch of it anywhere on any of my cars. It's only useful application MIGHT be to replace your heavier, aluminum hood. But even at that I'd still paint it. Filling the interior with CF trim just looks to me like somebody walked down the stupid, useless mod aisle at Autozone and decked out the whole car in cheap crap. The carbon fiber look is for stupid Honda Civics. Sorry.
