The back-up camera is a great addition. Very clear and shows on the left side of the rear view mirror when in reverse...obviously!

It is the new camera with the directional yellow lines in it, so if you move the wheel the lines 'track' to where the car would go.

Here are best pics I could get.
My only 'issue' with the camera and its not just on the Camaro..is if it is sunny out and the glare is right..or wrong... it is difficult to see the image in the mirror, I usually have to hold my hand up up and shield it. But it is dependent on sun, angle of seat, etc etc..

Hi there TestDrive. I checked on that Inferno Orange interior trim package. It is available on the 2LT and 2SS. Not standard. I'm not sure what color is standard just yet as our information doesn't quite say but there is another interior trim package with yellow stitching which is only for the Transformers edition. I hope that helps to answer your question.

Looks good, Grunt! Keep us updated please.

The steering wheel looks a lot more comfortable and easier to access all the controls. I like the look of it, I'm just not crazy about the bowtie. I think a quick black vinyl overlay for it would fix that pretty quick. Something so simple would never be a deal breaker for me.

Would anyone happen to know if the changes to the dash will carry over to the lower models with standard interior(LS/1LT/1SS)?

1500+ miles no issues. The new 6 is great. It does have more 'punch' than the older one and yet I am now getting above 26MPG. Mostly highway, but at speed and on some really steep Appalachian hills. With the car loaded down, 2 passengers and back seat and trunk filled. (wife likes to shop on trips :(

And no Caliman....I have not nor will I race a Mustang!! Or a Challenger or a horse an buggy for that matter !!! I like my job a little too much!

got rid of my yellow 2010 2Lt and got a 2011 2LT RS. I like the heads up display. However it seems weird that I get 27.6 HWY MPG with the new one and only 26.2 with the old one. That was the same 80 mile interstate open drive. I hope it stays this way.
