So far only issues I had was a bad program or something. They 1st said it was airbag sensor then they flew a rep in from GM and he said it was actually the seatbelt wouldnt ingaging when you put on brakes and they put new program in and seems to be fine. Sucks about the paint my iom matches good. Hope they get it matched cause when it is the paint looks great. waiting to get my white stripes put on.

What happened with the radiator? Leak?
The rough idle may be normal, dunno if you are used to LS1/LS2/LS3 etc. but they shake the car a little. |

I'm with you, Don't repeat anything even if it's on your car. I can let all the little things slide, the mechanical stuff can be fixed but when you start repaiting panels it opens up a whole new can. Good luck guys

Thats what happens when you get a "light" colored car and paint straight onto plastic without any primer. Hopefully GM will learn to start doing it or have TONS of warranty paint repairs.
As for the idle, its just the nature of a small block pushrod V8 from GM. My LS1 shakes a good bit at idle and every other LS equipped car Ive seen and been in does the exact same. Enjoy it as its literally the heartbeat of the car. |
