I have tomorrow off so I'll see what I can come up with. I'll try my phone and the Wifes I Pad and see what works best. Should have something by the afternoon uploaded to Youtube. I'll link it here.

my .02 is headers. people seem to like the cutouts and stuff but for the cost I think headers are the way to go.

spending $500+ on something just to make the car "louder" when you could spend like $650 and pick up 30-40hp at the same time just makes more sense to me but to each there own.

Everything was fabbed except the cut outs. No vibrations. Hard to spot unless you look under the rear. It is not super loud since it is post cat. When the Wife rides along I close them and run regular NPP.....sometimes.

I went this route because I'm not going to mod the car much.....or so I told the Wife. And then I ordered a CAI, and ported TB. If Apex builds PFADT's headers, I'll probably get those and some other things. It will sound wicked with headers and a cam. But I really need to just hit the track.

off road mid pipes are another cheap solution you can pick up JBA's for $200. don't get aftermaket cats though people have had them fail on these cars.

People with LS3's seem to have okay luck but I think the LSA's build more heat.

Thanks for all the info. I guess after talking with my buddy last night and reading all the posts here I will go with JBA Mid-Pipes with High-Flow Cats or bite the bullet and get headers.

Does headers require a tune?

I would suggest going with Solo HF cats, because you won't have any issues with them burning out or CEL. I've had mine for a year along with QTP cut outs, and have had zero issues. I chose to go with the cats and cut outs, because I didn't want to tune with headers and ruin my warranty.

Cut outs = more volume
Headers = more performance and more pure sound.

people have burned the solo's out as well. it will depend on how hard you drive the car though. If you don't flog it they won't burn out.

Start with a fuse pull then try out the NoWeeds Exhaust Diverters

Watch in 1080P and Subs or Bose speakers for best results.
