Tonight, the wife and I went to our usual DQ for a Blizzard.

The gal behind the counter has only seen my white SS/RS.

When she saw us drive up in my red LT/RS, she says, "Nice Mustang." as I walked in. C'mon, really?

Before I could say anything, her co-worker(a blonde and in high school) corrects her loudly, "That's a Camaro, not a @#$%ing Ford!!!"*

...and a child shall lead them.

*-On a side note, I still ended up paying for our Blizzards.

It's as if "Mustang" has become a generic name for a muscle car. Just like everyone over here calls any 4x4..Land rover, Toyota land cruiser, etc. a "Jeep". Barely anyone over here has even heard of a Camaro, but I'm always being told my Mustang is great.

I just say thanks, and leave it at that now.

I've just seen a nice CAMARO windscreen banner on e-bay, that I think I need to give people a subtle hint.
