Angry NEVER AGAIN...

Never again will i order from Phastek Performance.com again i mean they have everything for my camaro and at a reasonable Price but i ordered my heritage grille Feb,26 and i Recieved my SS emblems like 3 days later and a Grille NOPE. so i called them and they said oh it will be shipped out today we ran out. so the next day no tracking number so i called again and they said oh we ran out and we just got some today also so we will shipped it out today. so today i called them and i got the funniest reason why my grille isnt here. Oh our warehouse Was off Monday and tuesday Some Kind of Holiday you should of seen me on the other side of the phone and they said i will call you back and they give me a Number that isnt even mine and i said NO NO call me at this Number and had to read it NUMBER BY NUMBER Like 1.......2......3.... I swear people now days are just dumb so Phastek will not see me ordering from them again.


sorry i had to vent and i was thinking i should tell other people.

So....basically you had to wait a few days extra to get your grille because the warehouse was shutdown for a holiday.

Doesn't seem so bad to me.

thank you Kolektor I hate Excuses Now I check my records there was no Darn Holiday on Monday or Tuesday. unless there was "Lazy dont care about customer day" if so i missed that day I work in retail and i always Care about the customer feelings they spend there hard money and What i do in return is not give a darn Man i would Be fired on the spot.

I got a Update JASON called me from Phastek Performance.com and he got down to the bottom and my Grille is Shipped and should be here sometime Next WEEK. THANKS JASON FOR CALLING.NOW I will honestly SAY i will buy from them again

Your post sounds just like my experience with them. I've ordered a few times but never again. I had the same excuses, will ship tomorrow, nothing, will ship in a couple of days, nothing, etc..... They just don't seem to care after they have your money.

well BOLTMARK i had the MAIN guy JASON call me and Tell me his people got my order mixed up with another person order thats why they kept giving me the run around he was Very Good about it sayin he was sorry so i give him Credit. some people be like oh well they will just have to wait i kinda Wish for all my troubles they were of upgrade the shipping.
