My v6 vs 94 tt 300zx & G35S
Well I'm back again on camaro vs....
A few more people around here just got new cars, the guy with the G35-S traded his S2K for it. And always tried to race me and gave me bad looks (guess he wishes he owned a Camaro) who would win? I'm kinda iffy on both, the G or if he had the S2K. 2 nice fast cars. The other guy just bought a 94' Twin Turbo 300zx Fairlady or whatever. He always loved my car and talks about it all the time. I figured since it's so old it won't be so fast...but I'm not sure since it's turbox2 lol Bring on the opinions

My cousin has a 91 300ZX that he rebuilt and installed twin turbos and meth injection. Let me tell you, that thing is fast... like stupid fast. He does race it but I'm not sure on the 1/4 mile time. He has to be close to 11.

Is the g35 a sedan? Is that what the s is for? I don't think there is an actual s model... the zx could be very similar to your car or way faster depending on mods. Simple bolt ons canake those cars deep into the 12s, but stock they're mid-low 14s in good running condition. Just race and find out, but be smart and take it to the track.

There is a G37S...not sure about a G35S though. I believe the S stands for sport and it has a sportier suspension. |

OP, a bone stock '94 300ZX turbo is capable of low 14s. And as has already been said, some good bolt-ons will drop this car lower very quickly. Even if all he did was exhaust, if he did it properly(including downpipe), it's definitely a driver's race with your mods on your Camaro edit: even though they are old, you have to remember those cars made 300hp and 280torque from the factory and weighed in at 3300-3400 depending on options such as t-top. |

Regardless, I see people mix up the various G models all the time. I was mostly asking for the OP to clarify. BTW - I made two passes in my wife's 07 a couple of years ago, and the best I could muster was back-to-back 14.0@102mph. Both runs had massive wheelhop and horrible sixties. I'm sure I could have gotten a mid 13 with better balance between the throttle and clutch. My 05, on the other hand, went a best of 13.26@104mph (mods+tires). |

Yeah I think if either of these drivers can drive, you're prolly not gonna have a good time at the track. Our cars are boats. If they weighed 3500lbs or less they'd be 0-60-ing in under 5 secs.
