Ok I don't feel stupid anymore because that's what I came up with earlier when I did the math as well.

660mm is actually 25.98" or ~26"

Without aftermarket axles and/or differential relocation mounts, I do not recommend going lower than 1.25" if it will see the road course and 1.5" for a street car. We've seen axle failures time and time again from being too low.

Correct. 1" is 25.4mm

I'm lowered 1.25" and I'm not crazy about the upward angle my rear cv shafts. I definitely wouldn't lower more than 1.25-1.5"

Our 1" & 1.25" Lowering Springs are Great and don't have issues. When you go to our 1.4" Drops & play with Wheel and Tire Combos, problems can arise.

I forgot to answer the first part of your question. The measurement is from the center bottom of the rim/wheel to the top of the fender arch. You can measure from the center of the wheel to the top of the arch, a different number of course, but, it is easier to hook your tape measure to the bottom lip of the wheel.

What's you set up? I dropped my car this low also. I'm afraid my 575 Rwhp is going to snap my axles. I think I need to find the differential bushings asap

Some of us who have lowered our cars have had our axle boots split and then have them reworked... and then there is the issue of rear suspension binding according to the experts(not me) here on camaro5. So, the "experts" reccomend NOT to lower beyond 660mm with 20" wheels, 648mm with 19" wheels,635mm with 18" wheels. $0.02.
ROCKRAU - I own your 2010 Camaro now, guess why I’m here
