i dont know what krown is? Is that just a company your asking about?
I got that anti corrosion electric thing in my car. My dealer just added it on there for free. People say that it doesnt work......

Do not rust proof , give it a good wash after the salt, the rust proofing just holds the salt and water in. JMO, as I have aprked mine for the winter, but have never done it to any of my trucks and they last again JMO here :-)

From personal experience, Rustcheck is great! My 1991 GMC Sierra had it and 10 years later still looked great (until it got t-boned). I only got it applied once but you are supposed to get it done every year. I do know for a fact Ziebart is garbage. They plug up all the drain holes and rust develops quicker and they always miss spots in rockers or wheel arches.
